The particular providers that receive information will depend on the services GrowthKeeping is providing and how you interact with us.Some of the software used in a client engagement is licensed or controlled by the client rather than by GrowthKeeping. A client may grant us access to accounting software the client already uses, or authorize a financial-data service to connect to the client's bank or credit card accounts. In those cases, the client's own agreement with that provider governs the provider's handling of information, and the client controls the access granted.Where a client grants GrowthKeeping access to software the client controls, that access is granted to GrowthKeeping under its own separate user credentials. GrowthKeeping does not receive or hold the client's own login credentials for that software. Where a client connects financial accounts to a financial-data service, account credentials are provided to that service and not to GrowthKeeping.These companies maintain their own privacy and security practices and may process information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
Legal and Compliance Purposes
We may disclose information if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:
